  Our modern facility is located along the shoreline of beautiful Lake Huron at the mouth of the mighty AuSable River. Although presented world wide, we make all contacts feel right at home here in Oscoda, Michigan.

  GT Plastics is a medium sized, privately-held "C" type corporation specializing in vinyl extrusion and assemblies there-of. We utilize single screw technology in single, dual and tri-durometers as well as color capping. Although PVC processing is our mainstay, we can process a wide variety of polymer products. Our "cellular manufacturing" processing plants are supported by a complete Design and Engineering Department, Tool and Die Shop (including wire E.D.M.) and Quality Assurance Department.

  We can assist in product development from the ground up or process custom profiles to your most exacting tolerances. Secondary and off-line processing as well as complex assembly and forming operations are all developed and proven on site. Mass production takes place in our QS9000 Certified assembly plant.
